Not impressed with service. "surface clean" for $200 apparently does not include floors, walls, top of fridge etc. My friend provided the cleaning supplies, and they took them with them. Said she would be back the next night, never showed. Said she would be back the morning of the move, did not show, then sent a long winded text full of excuses. She then offered to refund some of the money, nothings been transferred as of yet.
