We are proud to employ up to 100 people in peak season. Our employees work in approximately 10 construction crews, 3 maintenance crews, 2 inspection preparation crews and 1 crew at our holding nursery. In addition to these crews, we also employ numerous truck drivers. We have a substantial fleet of equipment and vehicles to carry out all sizes of projects smoothly and efficiently. Implementing a safety culture is of utmost importance to us. We are among the first landscape companies in Edmonton to achieve COR certification. We conduct considerable in-house training and we send all of our foremen to ACSA (Alberta Construction Safety Association) for specific courses. At Land Tec, we believe in giving back to our community and industry as a whole.
