PSI is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) with over 20 years building experience in residential and commercial. We have a long list of credentials – the highest credentials in our industry using the highest standards known CSA-A770-16. Our inspections will meet or exceed the new CAN/CSA-A770-16 standard, introduced by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) in March 2016. We inspect one property a day and that day is dedicated to you, our client. A properly executed building inspection takes time; there is no way around this. We have a no time limit policy for all our clients. On average we will require 4-6 hrs inside the home, the average inspection takes 6 to 8 hours on-site and an additional 3 to 5 hours of report writing and investigations.
