Strong family values are the driving force behind the success of Vicky's, and the Milonas family will continue to strive to provide exceptional cuisine, service and a unique dining environment in a growing and dynamic community.
The Milonas family has owned and operated restaurants in Alberta for more than 35 years. That invaluable experience, along with the creativity that has emerged through two generations, have come together at Vicky’s Bistro & Wine Bar. They have created a warm but lively ambiance, aimed at providing the customer with innovative cuisine and profound customer service, and designed to impress every dining guest.
Located across from Festival Place in Sherwood Park, Vicky’s Bistro & Wine Bar is in a perfect location for stopping in for dinner before a show, or a quick bite afterwards. This creatively intimate central setting is ideal for a date night or a casual glass of wine selected from their extensive wine list, or from their state-of-the-art Enomatic wine dispenser.
This Greek restaurant and wine bar has a huge selection of vino. My favourite way to enjoy it is in flights, so I can sample anywhere from two to eight different kinds of wine without overindulging. It’s a great way to figure out if you’re into Burrowing Owl Chardonnay or if you’re more of a Blasted Church Gewurztraminer person. The list of reds outnumbers the white wines, so if you’re big on merlot, cab sauvignon and Bordeaux, you’ll especially enjoy this spot.
Located near Festival Place in Sherwood Park, this family-run restaurant fuses Greek and Western cuisine into an unforgettable menu. The sleek interior sets the mood for a lovely evening, as does the great service. Their lemon rice soup is to die for and the saganaki is perfection (fried cheese often is, but still). While it’s not a
traditional Greek dish, their Mediterranean steak salad is worth writing home about. The menu helpfully indicates which dishes can be made gluten-free.
Looking for a place to go with your girlfriends for lunch, or to take your wife on a nice date? Vicky’s has a lovely atmosphere, and it feels really luxurious when you dine here. Located in the County Building, there’s even free underground parking attached to the building! This is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving the community for more than 30 years.
