Have a difficult to fit daughter and have been shopping at this store for years. It is quite expensive, but they sell quality merchandise. But I will only shop there when the owner, Carol, is available. She knows her stock and how to fit correctly. I take away one star for the condescending, sometimes mocking attitude and dismissive behavior of some of her staff.

Very helpful and caring store. Do everything they can to make you happy... I will not shop anywhere else for my ladies stuff and my husband's underwear... thankyou gals

We visited the store and spent over $280 on women's and men's underwear. We went back to the store as one pair of the underwear was sized Large but fit like a Medium and a bra was terrible. On our arrival at the store and were bombarded with rude and unprofessional staff. My wife was forced to prove the bra did not fit as they all stood around her and argued about it as she tried it on again. Ridiculous. I was told I should have tried on the underwear before buying it. Are u kidding me?? Gross.

Will not return. Do not recommend.

I had a very specific set of requirements (based upon two decades of experience in owning & wearing bras). I was shown 4 options that did not meet my checklist at all. When I repeated what I wanted, the shop girl (late 20s, short brown hair, snippy) said, "Well at least you tried to step out of your comfort zone." So rude. I left with a 30F bra that never felt quite right. Subsequently I purchased several nice 32DD bras at Winners for a fifth of what I paid at this store.

I have been shopping at this store for many years for myself as well as gifts for friends and family, I have never found the staff rude nor pushy and never have been forced to try on or buy anything ,Instead they are kind,helpful and insist on my satisfaction prior to any purchase. The selection and quality is fantastic,I still wear a bra I bought for work in 2009 so I find them neither cheaply made or overpriced (less than $20 per year) . I will continue to spend my hard earned money there and recommend them to anyone who wants a proper fitting, well made bra,pajamas or any other undergarment you could require.I love them and my husband has never been disappointed in anything I've come home with......

I can not thank you enough for finding bras for me that actually fit... yes they are a little costly however they fit me so nicely they are worth it... there is nothing more irritating than an ill fitting undergarment... the bra's that I have purchased from you make me look great and my hubby always compliments me on my choices from your store... Thank you a whole lot for being there for me since I moved to this area in 2008, I have had great fitting bra's... gotta love comfort...

The store had over priced cheap bras and the only decent ones would cost you an arm and a leg. The costumer service was terrible! Older women who were pushy and rude. I only went in there to check it out and was forced into trying on bras i didn't even like.... they dont listen to what you want at all. This store needs younger and more friendly staff. They also need to do a reality check on their prices....you can find better fitting and more comfortable bras for a more reasonable price ANYWHERE but here.
