Says it's open till 11 tried calling just get answering machine

Not impressed Came to this location to get a cake for my daughters birthday like I do every year and when I asked to get a pic scanned on a cake I was told that they needed 24 hrs. Never have I had to give a days notice. One of the girls there tried to see if the girl who did the scanning would do it but she just said I already did them all this morning. I came in at 11 and said I would come back in the evening but she said she wouldn't be able to do it. Very disappointed

Dairy Queen brass need to pay this location a visit. The place is always dirty, (all) the Ketchup bottles usually empty, the service slower than any other fast food establishment I have visited in Canada or the US. Perhaps this is a pilot project for a manager-less location. The confusion behind the counter is laughable. The sundae machine was broken when I was last there. It goes on and on.
