    My issue is not with the Kamloops store, they were great. I had a warranty issue. I was given the run around from the warranty dept. The store tried to help and they too were ignored. Don't buy from here if warranty is important to you.

    Buying was fine. We had a solid complaint 3 months later. They ran us through the mill and never solved the issue. Never buy from them again.
