Zero Stars Would be too much ! Lonsdale Branch Terrible Service! LAZY Employee! Not Impressed. Vitoria is worst employee who has not fixed the issue over 2months. I met her 3 times and issue is still the same. She said that she is going to work on my issue and did not get any call or outcome. Is that employee sleeping at bank? Why they hired an employee who does not know how to fix the problem. As a result, I am suffering pain and going through pretty serious error. DO NOT BANK WITH SCOTIA.
Management at this location needs to be completely changed , poor customer service representation starts from the top

What a horrific display of customer service I received from this woman today. The appointment started with her being over 5 minutes late. Which happens. But not only did she not say hello, she also didnt apologize for her tardiness. From the minute I walked into her office, I felt her judging my fiancé and I.
Made me feel like a 2nd class citizen when speaking to a mortgage rep on the phone. Took 2 calls to get anyone.
Terrible. The teller did NOT know what she was doing. She completely ruined my card and my account. I had to go to my own branch to have them fix the mess she made. I was over an hour in my home branch with them fixing what she did. All I needed was a new card. UNBELIEVABLE. I tried to call the branch manager and the customer service manager and neither of them called me back. I will be writing a letter to the main ScotiaBank about my experience with this branch. The worst I have ever been to.
