    They got the job done in the time allocated. Great customer service would highly recommend this company for any future projects. They ripped out our entire old system and installed new air conditioner as well as a new gas furnace and duct work.

    We wanted a one stop shop ,to install a fireplace in our family room and we are very pleased with the results . From putting in the gas line, framing the fireplace, installing the brick fascia, to the gorgeous real walnut mantelpiece, Alex did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Response heating.

    They did come quickly, July 9, 2021 during a heat wave when our air conditioning went. The apprentice left the breaker on the breaker box -and their van left two big oil marks on our pristine pebbled driveway. The worker felt the air inside and said, "Don't worry. It'll cool off soon." If my husband didn't know to go outside to check, we'd still have NO A/C. We phoned to tell him. He said, “I’ll tell her.” No apology. For $500 for a small replacement piece, we should have gotten better service!
