Chris came and knocked on our door and we agreed to have his company clean the gutters and mend the cracks in the gutter, sweep the moss off the roof and spray it and it took them most of the day.
BUT now, we have a small area in the front of our home and we have called five times to have them come back and fix it and they have promised each time to come. As yet, no one has and it is getting very close to winter and now our step is very slippery as the gutter continues to leak.
Unprofessional and misleading company
They knocked on my door, and promised me to do gutter cleaner and install 4 panel gutter guard with agreed amount of money but instead of fulfill their promises they cleaned the gutter and installed 2 drains instead of a guard. And start to give me so many excuses. And to finish the work we agreed upon I had to pay an extra $120.
And they are not a member of Better Business bureau.
