    I am from out of ...

    I am from out of town and needed a replacement belt for a Hoover vacuum. I went to Advantage and a sales associate at the counter gave me a replacement belt. I looked at it and it was not the same as the belt I brought it. He relloked at it, took it back and gave me a different belt. I told him I was from out of town and was he sure this was the right replacement belt? He said yes it was. I've just tried to fit it and it's too long. I phoned back and was told that the store doesn't deal with Hoover and couldn't offer a solution. It would have been good to know that from the start. I can't recommend a company that can't even get a simple item like a replacement belt correct. Very frustrating as I now need to plan another trip in Vancouver for the right belt. Needless to say, I won't be going to Advantage.
