I'd say this place is more adequate for its drinking atmosphere more than its cuisine. I've tried the various locations and I have to say that their consistency is really good.
On my last visit, I ordered their Korean-style bbq pork wraps to start. It was overly salty. Upon informing the staff, they remade it - and it was just as overly salty.
They comp'd the appie. By then I was starving. I ordered a burger and a salad. The salad was weak and way too small to be subbed for fries and get charged for it. The burger was standard fair.

The entrance is presided over by a sexy-yet-dignified hostess with clipboard and list of a stand. The restaurant doesn't need dinner reservations, so it's first-come first-serve.
The food is great and they have a new healthy modern option that goes with their incredible modern decor.
The girls are hot and that goes for the customers and waitresses. Even my wife was admitting that these ladies are incredible. As the sexy waitress said despite our begging, “you gotta have dessert.”
Excellent steaks, excellent chocolate cake, they have my beer in a bottle (rare in Vancouver) and those hot girls in their skimpy skirts and lovely eyes. I love these tall girls. I do everything to keep focused on my wife but...
Cactus has always been a favourite. Though the prices have increased over the years, you are mainly paying for the ambiance (including those girls) and decor which is rather unique. Food is good but can get pricey.
Like i said this is the kind of place you dont bring a date.
However even the quesadilla at under $10 tastes excellent.
Service is quite good. The staff and waitresses are upbeat and sexy.
Very trendy style place but highly reccomended especially when meeting someone for the first time. it is quite neutral. It's pricy but not too pricy, it's romantic but casual sports bar like at the same time.
It makes a good first impression.
