Dr. NEEL SINAH is the WORST doctor I have ever encountered. I went in to have a deep, painful cut with nerve damage on my hand looked that to make sure it was healing OK. First, he told me I was ignorant for not getting surgery on my hand. Second, he told me he would not write me a doctors note unless I paid him for a doctors note saying I could not work.
