Waited 361 days for the service department to order and install seat heater in my 2019 Ford Raptor (black)
(Yes, almost a year)
Now I'm dealing with more incompetent Service department issues.
Along with the Bodyshop.. B.S again.
With my other Ford Raptor (Blue)one
If you need a Ford go to the mainland or up island to buy it .
Save your money and time.
Don't deal with Carson auto group.
Had work done on my 2018 gt.
Car was not finish on agreed date.
The job I asked for not complete.
Cost more that agreed.
Thought they did a bad job sloppy
Never going to deal with them again.
Took my 2017 F150 truck in for ICBC repairs
The work was poor and sloppy the service was garbage.
The truck came out in worst shape than it went in .
They managed to screw up so much i had to take it to a ( GM dealer ) down the street to get my Ford fixed.
Wow!!.. a Chevrolet dealer fixing a Ford because Suburban couldn't fix the problem.
Now i had to get warranty stuff done and few other things.
So I had to take the truck to another Carson owned dealership
Chris Brooke’s, loyalty manager, called me into his office to get a better deal out of the blue. When I was there I questions Chris about previous sales tactics used. He then kicked me out of his office and yelled at me to leave. He was sexist, he judged me by my age and tried to parent me while in his office. He is an embarrassment to the company.
