Horrible shop. Quotes low and charges high after work is done. Does not stand by warranty he offers. Rude to customers. Cant provide evidence of work hes done or anything to back up what hes saying. 1 star rating. Hopefully he closes for good ASAP

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst customer service ever! He is a very angry and unreasonable person. He hung up on me and was very rude on the phone.

worst guy I've ever come across in business. I am a college student and was trying to save money and support local businesses when I bought a battery off him. It didn't work so I returned it and he told me he didn't carry cash so would call me so I could pick up my money. 2 days pass and I hear nothing so I phoned him and asked for my money and he said I could have a $50 credit when I spent $75 on the battery. As if I'm going back. Then he hung up on me. I have recorded the call :) 0/10

Laughable customer service

I can see what both reviewers mean. I could see how he could be amazing, IF you don't anger him. But I unfortunately I did not get the pleasure of this wonderful service. I was honest with him about a price I had been quoted from Canadian Tire, and he was very upset at me. Told me there is NO way that is possible, and then in the end said, he will have to let me go, and hung up on me. I hope that he reads this. As a long time customer service employee, I would like to offer this advice. Next time, Alex, you could say, "That doesn't sound right. They probably quoted you the wrong part. If it doesn't end up being the right part, give me a call back and we can work something out." A lot easier than throwing a temper tantrum.
