These people are absolute fools. Dont waste your time getting even the simplest returns done here. Made keying errors during our returns and they forgot to e-file my taxes. Yes, forgot.
When I called the office to find out how this would be fixed, they couldnt have been less interested. I was told someone would try to get back to me, but they were VERY busy. Called for 2 days and finally taxes got filed a full 2 weeks after they were prepared. Was told Well, its done now. Why are you so upset?
