Great service. Whenever we called one, it came right away. They saved my day when I had a taxi schedule with another company a day ahead of time, to call them and discover that they do not have enough cars, and I will have to wait for half an hour for a taxi to be there! Not only this, but the man was rude telling me the info. Vets saved my day and sent me one right away.
I gave only 4 stars as some cars are not sparkling.

Awful service. Would never recommend this cab company to anyone . The driver was very rude and very unprofessional. The driver was driving recklessly and not safe through sub divisions and main roads. Did not feel safe or reliable for a “safe drive home”. If your looking for good ,professional service would not recommend VETS taxi to anyone speaking from multiple experiences.
Called a cab yesterday and asked for two booster seats, the guy said a car would be right along. I waited 45 minutes with my young kids and the cab didnt show up, I called back just for them to tell me that the one car with two booster seats had gone home. So they left me waiting there for almost an hour with my two young kids without letting me know that a car wouldnt be along and wasted my time. This was my go to company to call. I wont be calling this company again.
Always have good things to say about Vets, only company that has both toddler and booster seats. Never had an issue with delivery, Jon and Bryan both had made sure my stuff got to me ASAP and Leo as a driver is excellent. He always helps either with my groceries or children, friendly and comical. A foreign driver as well that wears a head piece, not sure of his name,always makes sure I tend to my kids while he gets my stuff which is excellnt since I have arms full with the kids most times.
