    We have had our unit for almost 3 years. Installation was very professional and we were very pleased with the process from start to finish. We had a service call for a minor issue. Part was ordered and when received the repair was arranged. Again the appt. was made, repair tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for your heat pump requirements.
