Disappointing experience with getting my new watch scratched while getting the battery replaced. The most frustrating thing was being told it was scratched up before, as though I wouldn't / shouldn't notice, or care??! The only solution offered was to buff the scratches, and subsequently any etchings in the metal, into oblivion. Didn't really want to look around the rest of the store after that.
Over the last year, Kreative design has become my favorite place to shop. Kim makes the atmosphere so welcoming, sometimes I just stop in to chat! She carries such a unique assortment of everything a woman would want...jewelry, purses, scarves, clothes etc!. I have bought many things from Kreative design and I am satisfied with everyone! I don't recall who told me about Kim and Kreative Design, but I wish I could remember so I could thank them. I know I've sent many, many people to her shop. The warmth with which you are welcomed you won't find anywhere else. No one can compete with Kim in my mind. She has something for everyone, purses, scarves, the most GORGEOUS jewelry of all kinds, dresses, hats...the list goes on and on. Whenever I want to find a special gift for someone, this is the place I shall go to. And of course, I'll be going there to shop for the prettiest BLING for MYSELF! I call Kim's boutique my new "BLING" store. You can't go in and just look for a few minutes. You have to give yourself at least an hour or more. It is so nice to go in and be greeted with nice smiles. It is hard for me to explain in words what this store means to me. I love purses,earings,anything different and sparkley and kim has it all and more. I may need a second job to keep up with my purse habit...lol
