Jenn is absolutely amazing. I was nervous with this experience as I have done waxing and found it painful and was terrified that sugaring would be the same. The experience is not pain free but Jenn definitely makes it a lot easier. She is so nice, keeps the conversation going, explaines exactly what to expect and how to take care of the areas I have sugared afterwards. She makes me feel way more at ease then I ever have with these types of appointments. She is professional and has excellent customer service. I loved the fact that she askes me to look to see if I see any spots missing and if I am happy with the shape, etc. I have never had anyone ask me that before and have gone home after and seen missed spots. I would definitely recommend her!
