Frank has done several projects for us. Most recently he did an amazing job removing a popcorn ceiling and repairing walls prior to painting. He brought our 30 year old hardware stairs back to life. Frank and his crew are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very happy overall.
Frank came to price out our home & we were all set up to have him come in & paint before the movers. We had a tight timeline and even moved our moving date. It was a tight close with the other home & both of my kids homeschooling. He promised he would take care. We showed up on the morning he was supposed to start and he wasn’t there even though he had even spoken to my husband prior to us arriving. HE BAILED!!! Didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up his phone or give a heads up! Be warned!!
The customer asked me to meet them at their newly purchased home before they took possession. We agreed on meeting the following Friday morning at 8:00am sharp to give me a key to the newly acquired home and a required deposit to begin which covers materials to start. So that Saturday morning I arrived at 7:50am and waited for Mike (owner) to arrive. By 9:00am I was still waiting for Mike to arrive but at that point I decided to call him directly. When he answered I said good morning and asked him when he was going to show up as he was 1 hour late. This is the same person who repeatedly asked me to get as much work done as possible before they moved in 3 days later, not much time to complete an entire home. Mike then told me in a voice of someone who just got out of bed that he'd be arriving in 40 minutes which meant around 9:45am. So my partner and I waited patiently till 11.00am and STILL Mike had not arrived to this point. So at this point my partner and I decided we had waisted enough time and lost the work day because Mike was not responsible enough to show up and allow me to do my job especially when he stressed how rushed he was to complete as much work as possible before he moved in. On top of that I did not receive the deposit for materials and I lost hundreds of dollars because of it. So at 12:00pm I received a text message from Mike that read "hey Frank is everything going ok?". At this point I realized Mike was not the type of customer I usually do work for. I usually do work for people who like a contractor who's punctual and professional, who prides themselves on exceptional work and customer service.

Frank did an absolutely amazing job painting our house! He is exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so impressed by his attention to detail and efficiency. I had a tremendously positive experience and would absolutely recommend Colourmaster for any of your painting needs!
From the second I was on the phone with Frank from the the minute he left after the AMAZING paint job, I could not picture or dream of a better experience. The BEST customer service and the BEST paint job EVER! I am BEYOND pleased. He went above and beyond to make sure our home looked perfect before he left. He was extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly, an expert in paint colors and also SO kind! I feel SO lucky to have worked with Colour Master & will DEFINITELY recommend them to EVERYONE!
