very dissapointed with customer service
I went to the store and their was no queue , only few customers were being served. I was not sure where to wait so I stood and waited near till area frm the right hand corner.
While I was waiting other customer cane and till operator MELLISA started serving other customer.
I told her that I'm waiting first and she replied " I did not see you ". She was so rude and did not acknowledge my concern and started serving other customer .Then her manager KARIN came and her staff who was rude to me told her something .
She ask me what happen .. But she herself was not helpful and was not paying attention to my complaint.she was very abrupt and when I told her your staff is very rude to me , she was supporting her and told me I'm the manager her and you can only complain me.
I never experienced a manager like this .. She was supporting her rude staff who ever don't know how to provide customer service and what is customer retention.
Very dissapointed and surprised that how can urban planet appointed managers like this .. Who even don't treat their customers nicely.
