I called 8 am holiday Monday (Canada Day) and received a call back around 930. The emergency repair guy (John) saw that I had called earlier and returned the call, even though the store was closed. Unfortunately they did not have the part, but still he was willing to help the best he could.
I am so happy I called Arctic Air! After coming home from vacation to our home that was 90 degrees, we called and there was a technician at out home (even though it was a long weekend). Not only did the technician fix the problem and get out AC running again, he also explained to us and showed us the problem so we understood and could prevent this from happening again. He was quick, professional, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

It is so refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what they promise. We purchased a new Keeprite furnace and everything from the initial review of our existing system, to receiving the quotation and then the installation of the furnace was an excellent experience. The installation crew was courteous and friendly and took they time to explain how to use the new system from basic maintenance to changing the filter.
I have been using Arctic Air for several years now. They come out twice a year for regular maintenance on our AC/Heating System. Our furnace broke down last week and John from Arctic Air was there an hour later and had it up and running a short while after. Best customer service out there. 5 stars from me!!

He provided extra information to us about the product that he was installing at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company to other people needing any work done in their home.
