I dealt with 3 different gentlemen in a one week span and while they are knowledgeable, they aren't very friendly. One was so rude I left feeling like a scolded child. Check their return policy BEFORE you buy because apparently they don't have samples to try. I was informed after I returned an attachment (used because I had to try it out, duh) that they would have to 'take something off' but never informed of how much. Never going back!

In under 10 minutes he diagnosed, repaired and cleaned a vacuum that he was admittedly "not very familiar with". My only concern was John's knees and back; having to bend down to that low shelf to obtain the proper filters for my machine.
I would rate the service and facility 6/5 if it were possible.
