Never use ars repair. We had an oven element burn out on our Kenmore, technician came out, ordered part, 3-4 days for delivery. After 29 days and many MANY calls to ars where their answer was "part not in, 3-4 days" Finally gave up waiting, sourced element in less than an hour, picked up element and repaired my own oven Same Day!
I can only say I'm Extreamy dissatisfied by Sears for contracting out to ARS, who at best were unhelpful and rude.
Strongly recommend never use these people!!!
