Careful! The gentleman said one price over the phone, which i asked for confirmation 3 times; we authorized the service..when we went to pick up the car, he said it was twice that amount. Be careful and if possible go in person to get the full details and authorize the service or remove your car to take to a different mechanic.

hello, could you give me your name, make , model and year of your vehicle and the date you came in and I will look into this matter. also a description of the work done including part name, if possible. from you complaint you say we changed the ignition coils and there was other issues, call me Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm my name is Dave.

also can you tell me who you talks to on the phone and who you paid when you picked your vehicle up, I will find out what happened and why and will take actions to resolve the issue thank you
