Poor Customer service

The service was very poor. One of the stylists (I think her name is Hala) is terrible and very rude. I went in on Saturday, July 29 around 5ish pm with my boys for haircuts; one was Ok (I think the stylist name is House) and the other one (done by Hala) was a disaster… I asked her to fix it, and she told me that I need to pay again if I want her to fix it. Are you kidding me! You want me to pay again for the same hair you didn’t do properly! What is the possibility that it will be ok.

Went in for my Christmas haircut today and was very pleased. Seniors price is very reasonable! Loved it

came here with my two boys had to wait 20 minutes but both got good cuts and discounted price for children was good too will try online check in next time

Going the Day aft...

Going the Day after St. Patrick’s Day was a big mistake, the man cutting my hair was more than likely hangover burping every so often with the smell of old beer. There was no offer to check the back with a mirror, no blow dry after and by the end of it I was going home covered in hair (lots of long hairs). To top it off the back had a visible difference in length between the left and right sides.

Scissor happy. Went in for a simply trim and ended up coming out with nearly a bob. I kept telling my hairstylist that I only wanted a trim yet instead of trimming he seemed to be adding layers and cutting sections of my hair to the shortest length resulting is loss of length all over. When I went into the salon I could put my hair up into a bun and pull it back into a pony tail. Now I can't do either. My stylist failed to show me the back of my head after the cut so I don't even know if things

This place is terrible, asked for a 2 inch trim and they cut off 6 inches, never going back. DO NOT COME HERE!

I am not happy at...

I am not happy at all with this place!! I asked for a specific hair cut, i asked for a bob cut, longer on the sides, shorter on the back, she cut it way to short... Not planning on going back there! Was not happy! All she did was talk about herself, couldnt even make conversation...
