We came for the all you can eat ribs, and we ate all we could, and it was fantastic !! Great food ! fast service, beer was "sub-zero" and very very cold ! Great atmosphere for the raptors game in the bar. Will definatly be back !!
Peppercorn burger came completely bright pink inside. Grilled veggie wrap came refrigerator cold inside. When we brought it to the attention of the server she apologized about the burger and said that the wrap was supposed to be cold but she would get it heated if we wanted. We pointed to the menu where it was printed GRILLED. My girlfriend opted to just eat the cold wrap so we could finish and get out, and they brought another burger. This one was black and dry. I was unable to detect any sign of peppercorns, for which i was paying more than an ordinary burger. The owner made some babble about being very upset about the food quality, and then went to play video golf in the back of the bar. I am a chef, and if this was happening in my place, i would be in crisis mode until the kitchen was sorted out. This place isn't just bad, its dangerous.

The short ribs were moist and tender with a fair amount of flavour. The sauce (BBQ) is nothing special but it does compliment the flavour of the beef. The vegetables are actually done to perfection, crisp and not over cooked. This definitely something you would not expect from this type of restaurant. The lattice fries are addictive but if you are looking for a crispy French fry you should order those. The lattice fries can be inconsistent, ranging from chewy to crispy all in the same order, but I like them that way. The Goat Cheese salad with Angus beef steak is delicious. The steak on the salad is usually served medium rare and is generally quite tender.
We have had lunch at Shoeless Joes many times and the food ranks higher than most sports bars/restaurant that I have eaten at. This is really roadhouse restaurant with a sports theme. There are TV monitors everywhere tuned to the local sports shows and sport memorabilia on the walls. We have always received good to excellent service and have had no complications such as messed up orders etc.

Signature Ribs looked like someone dragged them accords the floor before serving them to me. No idea how the waitress heard Cheeseburger when my wife said Hamburger, but the annoying part was the fact the she argued with my wife about the order.
Shoeless Joe's is a horrible place to go and I for one am finished with them.
Sat in the bar area, The waiter was great and attentive. Food was fast and done the way it should, and the ribs were the best part of the meal. Lots of TV's to watch what ever you fancy.
