Excellent et rapide.
J ai quelques voisins qui m avaient recommandé Lortie pour sa rapidité et le professionnalisme. Je n ai pas été déçu, je l ai appelé le lendemain il est venu évalué et quelques jours plus tard tout était proprement installé et l ouvrage bien fait.
Mes voisins dont un est électricien a son système depuis déjà 3-4 ans et n a jamais eu de problème…, les autres non plus.
Alors oui je recommande Lortie Refrigération inc.

Only 3 years after installation of an indoor/outdoor ac unit, parts needed to be replaced due to faulty installation. I did not want to return to Lortie and decided to use another company to do the repairs and was charged $700 in labour for which I was told the warranty did not cover.
