He graduated Sheridan College in 1996 with a degree in Law and Security and began working in the security industry.He worked for the large security companies in the Greater Toronto area, but then decided to get more personal with the customer. Caltsounis the joined a small vacuum dealer in Mississauga where he was in charge of the physical security division of the business.
