I came here with some friends a few days ago, we had a wonderful meal, the shrimp that I had were great. Nice to see a good Italian restaurant outside Ottawa, will come back again.

My boyfriend and I took my parents here for dinner last night and we just had the best meal. Everything was great, the lobster ravioli is to die for, the calamari melts in your mouth and the mannicotti is so scrumptious it should be illegal. I can't wait to go back again, my mouth is watering just thinking about the food.
I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola, not really expecting much, what a shock. Best steak I've had in a really long time and I am a big steak eater. The wife had the cannelloni and she loved it. Compliments to the chef, he did an amazing job.
Went to La Piazza with a large group on Friday last week, we all had an amazing time. The food is outrageously good, portion size is exactly right, not too much, not too little. Great wine selection and a nice assortment of Italian beer. Had a fun evening overall would go back.
This restaurant is well worth the money for the amount and quality of food that they serve you. They have the most amazing bread, served piping hot (ask for olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip, with lots of salt and pepper). I'm Italian, it's hard to impress me with good pasta but I have to say that this place served me the best, and I mean the best, cannelloni I've ever had (sorry mom). The pasta was tender, the meat filling was flavorful without being overly seasoned and the tomato sauce was wonderful. I was so happy with it that I ordered a second one to take home with me (I ate it for lunch the next day...amazing). Everyone's dishes were great, from the Lobster ravioli to the Veal Saltimbocca to the Filet of Sole. You can get extra lobster tails for a rediculously low price to add to any meal, yummy. The restaurant itself is unassuming, quaint with lovely bow windows and travertine floors. Typically Italian, well maintained inside and out, you can tell the owner takes pride in the establishment and want's the clients to have a nice dining experience. We had an amazing meal and I can't wait to go back.
