My kids started piano lessons here when they were 6 years old. They have progressed so well. They love their teacher who encourages and recognizes their hard work. I have witnessed their appreciation for music grow every year.
I never filled out forms for my 2 kids in their assesment visit. I wont speculate on how the adults in this centre were towards my 7 year old. I followed up through phone calls/email a number of times but no one called or emailed back. It appears the assessment is an interview for the children/family, which for a school is prejudicial to do. I am disappointed that a discriminative school is in my community. Everytime my family drive by this place it reminds us of how they excluded my children.
Our assessment service is to introduce our parents to the school and ensuring we set proper expectations between the parent and the propspective teacher. The assessment process also includes a mini-lesson to give any student ideas on our teaching methodolody and answer questions. If anything, it is our students that make the ultimate choice to study with us or another institution.
As our school have a diverse and multicultural faculty with an established non-discrimination and accessibility poliices, we do our utter best to be inclusive not just to our customers but to our community.

I used to go here...
I used to go here for piano lessons and didn't have a good experience. The teacher wasn't much interested in teaching and always made excuse that she couldn't read the sheet music because she doesn't have her glasses !!! Not recommended.
My apologies for your experience, and all students (and their parents) are encouraged to reach out to front desk or contact the director to voice any concerns, which in this case did not occurred. The teacher in question had a visual impairment not correctable by glasses, reducing her speed of reading music but not prevent her from instructing. As our school is inclusive we select teachers that are competent, and make accommodations when it does not meet the client needs.
