The lady ( I think she is boss) told me their price does not include color. Are you kidding me???

After being a dedicated customer my last two visits were painful and poor quality. Despite my objections, my nails were left shortened down to the exposed skin UNDER my nail bed which was then aggressively filed and buffed. I was also left with a bleeding cut on one finger and multiple drill burns from gel nail removal on the skin around my nail bed. A refund and a change of manicurist going forward would have satisfied me, the customer, and would not have resulted in the salon loosing business.
