Today i dropped my car at this dealer for a recall. They were supposed to shuttle me back to pick up my car.
I called 3 times, each time they put me on hold for 5-10 mins without an answer and in the end i was sent to voice mail. I left 2 voice mails, but no one called back
In the end, my wife had to pick me up from work and drive me to the dealer to pick up my car. When i arrived, I asked to talk to the services manager. I was left waiting for 20 mins and in the end when he talked to me, I explained my incident and all what he said is: "I will not buy your happiness"!!!!!! as if i was asking for money
This shows the terrible customers service quality. I will not ever deal with this dealer again
This dealership cares about you as a customer and they go above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this place as they have the knowledge and the expertise to assist in what ever vehicle you need and whatever price point works best for you as an individual
