I've been a customer for over 20 years....but, no more! They received my signed contract in mid-January 2022...and properly billed my credit card. Today, six months later, they sent me a statement saying I owe more money for WEED INTERVENTION. I had crossed Weed Intervention off the service contract back in January 2022, but they still want payment. WEED INTERVENTION is useless. Very crooked!

Customer service re aeration and reseeding very good. Missed procedure refunded quickly. Tyrell C. applied insecticidal soap on trees and shrubs today. Very efficient and professional young man. A lot of shrubs and tall trees and Tyrell managed back and front yard very well

waste of money, nothing but excuses for shoddy work, poor results

I particularly appreciated the technician taking the time to explain the service he was providing and what we were to do to ensure we would have a healthy lawn.

My lawn has never looked better than this year. Of course all of the rain has helped, but there have been very few weeds and dandelions. The TruGreen employees are always very friendly and professional. They explain the treatments that they are applying and what to expect. I am very satisfied with the service.
