It nice to see the drivers actually place the delivery on the step,ring door-bell or knock. I for one appreciate it greatly. Great job to stop stealing. Worst experience. They try to deliver my package on 27th june 2021 and they did not found buzz code and they said no one was at home and delivery failed. I am living in Kitchener and they now said my parcel is in Hamilton and no one is giving proper answer though it was express delivery, today is 3rd july still not received my package. They are giving wage answers even not allowing to pickup from location, I have very important documents in my package, can anyone knows what should be done?

I had two attempts for delivery in Windsor, driver didnt go to a door and let us know he was here to unload the shipment. He got out, looked around stood there for a minute and left. Now calling DHL everyday, emailing the person working on the case. What case? Just put the package back on the truck and get it out for delivery. First delivery attempt June 26th, today is July 15th and still nothing. Ridiculous!!! Worst carrier ever! Staff are from out of the country and not able to escalate!!

My package has been held at the Hamilton Depot since January 8th and custmer service (whom is outside of Canada) cannot give me a delivery date. Im in Toronto. This is ridiculous. Ive avoided using DHL for 7 years, and this is exactly why.
