Service dept does not answer their phones!! They only take messages with a promise to call you back but never do until they are finished stalling you. Very unprofessional approach to service as they are busy and dont have time to look at cars in proper order so they refuse to call you back or answer the phone all day until they get to it leaving you in the dark as to what is going on. I will never use them again!!!!
