I had them come by to look at my fridge. $67. They told me I needed a part, which is sold through their parts department. $143. Replaced the part, fridge still not working properly. When I called them back, the guy said, "I don't know what to tell you." Thanks a bunch. Avoid these guys, unless you feel lucky that their techs will get in right in your case.
I phoned Peter's appliance for service on my fridge. I was given an appointment for the following day between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00. At 2:00 my husband phoned Peter's and was told "well they work until 6:00". I phoned and spoke to someone who identified himself as Peter. He said "didn't I just speak to your husband a few seconds ago"? He was rude and that is no way to treat anyone least of all a customer. If I had given a customer a four hour window and failed I would not be snide.
