What kind of promise and guarantee do you have to offer your customer? 100% customer satisfaction has always been my motto, and I proudly stand behind that. A happy customer is a repeat customer, and hands down the best kind of advertising J&R Coatings could ask for. What I get, is what you get. Which is nothing less than the best quality liquid asphalt oil based sealer, with no additives for stretching the product, like some fly by night guys have been known to do. This product is only available to Contractors. Why should you get your driveway sealed? Applying an oil based sealer once a year, (I recommend every two years) will prolong the life of your driveway immensely. It will also increase the resale value of your property,which is more important than a cosmetic aspect.

What is the difference between an oil-based sealer and an acrylic sealer? Black mac is an oil based sealer that rejuvenates the asphalt by soaking in. An Acrylic sealer doesn't have the same wear ability as an oil based sealer, you'll never see an acrylic sealer in a commercial application for that reason. If you only want a pain job done on your driveway, use acrylic. If protection and proper sealing is what you are looking for, Black mac is the way to go and the product speaks for itself. more...     This is such an awesome business! My driveway looks 1000x's better I'm beyond happy with the outcome I love with j&r is the place to go to for coatings Joe himself is a very happy outgoing person such a great worker

    We had our driveway sealed by J&R coatings and it looks great! Very professional and the product used is excellent. They left no over spray anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone and will have them back again.
