We were so happy ...

We were so happy to find a gluten-free restaurant where our daughter could enjoy a meal. They were very patient and friendly. She enjoyed a hamburger and fries. Something she could not have anywhere else. We will be returning there very soon to try some other items on their large Gluten-free menu. Our omelettes were delicious as well. Thanks to everyone at Bobby's.

The Important Question is .....Does Bobby Care about Reviews. Two of us arrived at Bobby's Restaurant at 5.55 PM Sunday July 14th, the waitress came over to our table after we had been seated for five minutes. We ordered our drinks and told her we were expecting another person. Five minutes went by, our friend arrived, the waitress was busy I guess, so we waited ten minutes. Finally after serving another couple who came in after us, she came over and took our order, we decided to take the buffet, because we were in a hurry, one person with us decided to order Chicken Fingers....the two of us who decided on the buffet, found the turkey was overcooked, the gravy was lumpy, the rolls were hard, the scallop potatoes were very overdone the mashed potatoes were lumpy not creamy, the fish balls were greasy....Very Disappointing... The salad bar had two or three items....with too much dressing....NO choice of fresh vegetables or salad without the dressing. On to the dessert, there was an almost empty bowl of some sort of orange dessert in whipped cream and white bunt cake which wasn't bad and one slice of chocolate bunt cake left which was dry. The price of the buffet was $14.95 Each, the waitress told me the Salad bar was $9.95 Each She did not offer to tell me the buffet was $14.95, it was only when we were leaving we saw the price on the top of the Buffet itself. I was very disappointed with the food and service, Bobby's has his work cut out for him, if he wants to turn his restaurant around.

Super restaurant

Great food ,hot, large portions , and a nice decor, and freindly staff. To those whom may of had some issues with the food or staff you should speak up and let Bobby or staff know what the problem is they would rather satisfy the customer than loss one. Good job to bobby and his wonderful staff.

Could Be A Nice Place

I like the new location. The availability of some parking out back is handy although the rear of the property is quite scuzzy and contrary to the "just a little better than a greasy spoon" image the fresh decor and sporty uniforms the servers are wearing seems to offer. I like the lay out of the menu boasting many choices and with almost any kind of burger you can think of you will do fine as long as you avoid the one with the blue cheese on it. The owner of the establishment seemed to be scowling with disproval at a fat man who I think was on his third plate of all you can eat buffet food. I soon discovered "Bobby" was approachable and easily engaged in polite conversation. I got the sense he was a hard worker who started from the ground up. The other owner ( not sure if she is his daughter or his girlfriend or maybe just a business partner?) seemed a little bit agitated with a middle aged patron who's attire consisted of a stretched out dirty golf shirt and stained jogging pants hiked up well above his belly button. Overall I enjoyed the culture though the prices are a little higher than the quality of the food and I did over hear from a young family that the 14.95 cost for the buffet was way too much for their two small children. If I could offer some constructive criticism I would suggest they start using real Heinze ketchup instead of what is currently in my favourite red bottle. It would go so much better with the slightly undercooked fries. I will likely eat there again out of convenience and for the great burgers but I will definitely sneak in my own bottle of tomato heaven. The service was a little slow but I always appreciate when I have friendly genuine servers who go beyond asking the standard "is everything ok" questions and who ask before they add hot coffee to the cup you just perfected with the right amount of cream and sugar. Thank you for the burgers and pleasant atmosphere.

Its to bad you think of bobbys restaurant that way. i love there food they have some of the best cooks. there 2 for 1 specials are great. no other restaurant would do that for their costomers. they do not have frozen food and all theirs desserts are homade and delicaious. i go in every day for lunch and me and my husband go in there 3 to 4 times a week for dinner and we have never had a bad experiance. the lady that wrote this review should now that bobbys resturant is the only resturant in prescott that doesnt serve frozen food so if your ever passing though prescott bobys restaurant is the place to go its located downtowm prescott. p.s we stop at bobbys tonight and the place was really busy but bob still had time to come say hi
