Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Richard and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were responsive to any concerns and questions we had. They also carefully cleaned up upon completion. We had E&R Schwarz Masonry do repointing around our home. They were able to match the colour of the mortar that you could not tell it was redone. They ensured areas were protected and cleaned up everything after they completed the job. Richard helped fix a linking eavestrough that was staining our bricks and that 3 other contractors tried to correct.

We had E&R Schwarz Masonry repair and cap off our chimney that was now longer needed. They did excellent work. Richard fully explained what they would do and then did what they said they would do, quickly and efficiently. They arrived punctually on the appointed day, completed the work within the committed timeframe and when they left there was no trace of them ever being there - no mess left behind. Would I hire them again...definitely.
The shortening of your chimney and capping off with a solid concrete slab certainly went very well. Thanks for the vote of confidence from you and Renata!!
