Poor customer service
Absolutely terrible service. I placed a small catering order 2 days in advance, with a down payment. When I showed up on the day to pick up my order (at the time they told me to come), they didn't even have my order prepared as promised. Apparently, they just sat on the order. Instead of apologizing, the lady then asked my to pick the items off the racks for my order (which they should have done). Terrible service all around. Stay away
