Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Never ever again. Not only was the service bad but the owner took her mask off and proceeded by yelling in my face. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone at all. I asked for a 15 dollar car wash abs she charged me 49.99 and wouldn’t give me my keys back I less I paid her. I would of gladly paid her if the work was actually done but nothing was done at all. Save yourself the headache.
Cleaning and price were ok (not great) but the lady behind the counter was really rude when I picked up the car saying how I should have picked it up much sooner and how it was such a burden on them to have the car in their lot for a couple of hours. Not a nice experience to go through.
I have going here for years and I am a very reasonable common sense individual. They broke my arm rest when crawling inside to clean. I noticed it as I drove off. When I pointed it out I received the most wicked and nasty response that there was no proof for my broken arm rest due to the wash. There was no attempt whatsoever to treat a long time customer with even an iota of respect. This is bad business at its worst. Cheap and the treatment cheap and almost wicked!
Do not waste your time or money. Bunch of lazy, uninterested individuals who do the bare minimum. I complained the first time and had them redo the job. I do not recommend this place.
DO NOT GO! Its a waste of your time and money! Paid $40 and got nothing cleaned. They barely touched my car. Bird poo, stains, marks and dust were still all over the vehicle. Instead of rectifying this, the owner told me to not expect a proper clean for $40. She told me to take her to court and stormed off. Not sure why she was so dramatic. Poor service and high prices. Go to a self serve car wash and get a better clean for $3!
