Very rude and ignorant people - one of the biggest regrets I have with my wedding is using this company. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
They tell you that they will provide you with great photos and video upon booking and in the end can't deliver. They promised to provide us with a photographer and assistant photographer, then on our wedding day provided only a photographer. When we asked about the assistant, Mark indicated that they don't provide assistants (although he said the opposite upon booking).
They told us we could pay in whatever method we wanted - they later demanded we pay them in cash, claiming that was what we had agreed to, although it wasn't.
They lost footage of key parts of our wedding - we kept asking why it was missing in the video and after asking several times, they finally admitted that they didn't have the footage at all. They never apologized or admitted they had made a mistake, they just provided excuses. We asked for our video to be at least 2hrs long - they made it only an hour and a half and finalized it only after one edit was done. In the Honeymoon section of our video, they spelled Honeymoon as "Homeymoon" - this shows you their attention to detail...
When we got upset with them, they told us the missing footage wasn't important and that we were complaining to get a reduction in price because we were cheap, when all we really were looking for was an apology and some understanding as to why we were upset. Mark was actually angry with us for getting upset about it - I guess he expected us to not care about missing footage that we expected to receive and paid for?
Please do not book with these people!
