On Sat 270419 the TD branh in SELKIRK MB.refused to take my cheque for Income Tax owing because I did not have an acct there. CRA says any bank can accept your payment regardless of where your acct is. MY last three payments for income tax owing have been at financial institutions where i had no account. Today I payed my income tax owing at a credit union with no acct there and that is common practice at other institutions.
