Sam's social classes are great fun and great learning for both my puppy and me. The puppy loves to frolic with the other dogs, while Sam gives great tips on how to socialize our dogs. I first met Dr. Melissa while she was working at another veterinary clinic. I choose to drive out to Copetown (35 minutes) because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my senior pet rabbit. She's extremely attentive, thorough, and an amazing veterinarian. You can really tell how much she cares when caring for my pet bunny and I'm extremely appreciative of that. I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

They keep our fur family well cared for and we never have to remind them about what is what with whom because they are 100% prepared for every appointment. They remind us about things that need doing and call to check when we have a sick family member. The vets and staff are so nice and very professional. Absolutely excellent clinic, with its emphasis on offering the best available veterinarian services. Owner and feline veterinarian extraordinaire Dr.Liz O’Brien sets the bar high for the staff and their care (and caring) cannot be faulted. I have been taking my cats to The Village Cat Clinic in Ancaster for 25 years and have never had cause for concern. Stellar organization and I recommend it without hesitation.

They offer discounts to customers who use their kennel services. On average, cheaper than a franchise-store services. Kennel services includes daily walks.
Good location and easy to get to right on Main St with accessible parking.
Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.
