Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!
