The food is a fine dining experience in my opinion, with many layers and nuances to each dish. For our last visit our server was Josef. On Feb. 23, I took my Mum(93) to Skipper Jacks for Smelts and when we arrived were told they had run out but just waiting for their supplier. We weren't able to wait and they kept apologizing but we started to leave when Jonathan from the kitchen and said he would go buy some and would be back in 15 minutes, we sat and in 20 minutes, Mum was enjoying the best smelts she had ever eaten.
