We have passed the place dozens of times and always wondered what it was like. So we took the plunge. We were very impressed. Great atmosphere, lots of beer choices and the food was excellent.We had a chance to chat with the very friendly (family) owners. The bleu cheese salad, and the spinach and artichoke dip was excellent. We had the cajun chicken which came with asparagus and a really good sauce. Other than the price, this is definitely not pub food. We will be returning soon! Read more

I had a nice couch that had seen better days. However, I didn't want to get rid of it because it had a good frame and was built to last. I took it to Elsie at Elsie's Upholstery, and picked out beautiful, modern fabric. Elsie did a fantastic job on my couch and made it look like it was brand new! But, it was better than brand new because brand new furniture is not manufactured as good as it was in the old days. I would rather keep my sturdy couch and pick whichever design and colored fabric as I choose, than to buy a couch new that may not even last a year! My couch is beautiful! And matches my living room perfectly! Elsie's workmanship is incredible! She is a very talented trades woman! I plan on getting my dining room chairs done in the near future.
