I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge. I'm definitely not a high end watch collector, but I do enjoy the more tech-focused pieces. I came in to take a look at a citizen ecodrive watch I was interested in. The girl working there was friendly and not pushy, she let me look around for a bit before approaching me. Once I told her what I was looking for, she pulled a few samples out for me and went through all of them. Very impressed by how much her and her colleague knew about not just citizen, but every brand in the store and how they compare. Will definitely be back in the future. Read more
